Power, Oppression, Privilege & Intersectionality.

Final Project. Autoethnography.
The ultimate goal of this project is to critically examine and gain new understanding of how the own lived experiences connect and relate and are situated within broader inequalities produced by social, political, economic processes and existing system of power, oppression, privilege.
This project is divided in two parts. The first part is as follow:

Part 1: it must be around 600 words .
*with the topic already selected, produce a specific research question.
*use the following five sources: 1. Kendi, Ibram X.2019. How to be an Antiracist (video).

*explain how the autoethnography will add something new, provide new insight into the topic, challenge an existing theory, argument , or reveal certain complexities or contradictions not otherwise understood or noticed.
*present an outline and timeline of the research .

Part II

Around 1000 words.
*use 10 sources including the 5 from Part 1(you can look for other 5)
*Include your own observation
* summarize the literature review and provide background about the topic selected.
*Present and analyze the research
*Draw conclusion about the insights you gained, explained how you connect broader inequalities related to social, political, economic, etc processes and existing systems of power, oppression, privilege to your own lived experiences
