(1 )What client population do they currently assist? Describe specifically who they serve, identify common characteristics such as pregnant teens, homeless men with addictions, women who are victims of domestic violence, children who are in Foster Care, etc….
(2) What, if any, issues of oppression or discrimination does this client population face in the community?
(3) Are there any Social Workers in the agency? If not, who oversees the services offered and how do they select staff?
(4)What challenges does the staff encounter in serving their client population?
