It it a part of the the dissertation research proposal and not the actual dissertation. It is only a brief literature review with approx. 1000 words. Ideally this would be sectioned in 4 parts as follows: Gender Discrimination – History (talking a little bit about the women movements in past and feminism) [smaller section]; Stereotypes Promoting Gender Discrimination; Gender-Based Employment Segregation; Effect of Motherhood on the career [smaller section]. However, I trust the writer and the sections can be changed it – is just a suggestion. To introduce the topic and make it understand more, I will upload the Research Focus part. Also, this is a UK perspective, but the literature review doesn’t need to be necessarily focused only on UK literature, it can be related to the discrimination all over the world. As this is a literature review, almost every single sentence must be referenced.
