Using this case study, the student will create a genogram for the family, identify potential theoretical understandings of the family issue(s), choose an appropriate model of intervention and explain why the model was chosen, and create an actionable treatment plan (3 goals and 3 objectives for each goal) for the family that includes a beginning, middle, and end, as well as evaluation plans for therapy outcome(s).
