The title is stating that there are good and bad biases. We often focus on the negative of bias and never stop to think there is a positive impact a bias can have.

Commendable: Deserving praise or celebration
Knowledge: facts, information, and skills bought by a person through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.
Pursuit: facts, information, and skills bought by a person through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.
Positive: consisting in or characterized by the presence or possession of features or qualities rather than their absence.

III. State a position with respect to your prescribed title. (agree, disagree, disagree w/reservations, disagree to an extent)
I agree with my prescribed title. I believe that most biases I seen negatively based on experience. Bias is seen as a prejudice usually against one race or a group of people. I do believe there could be a positive reasoning behind a bias.

IV. Identify 1-2 knowledge questions that are central to responding to your prescribed title. (Remember: open-ended, general, about knowledge, using TOK terms/ideas)
The question is making me consider what the relationship between bias and pursuit of knowledge and what role does bias play in different aspects of life?

One of the claims in history is a record of how events happened at the time. The counterclaim is history only records the period an event occurred and what happened at that time. No one knows how the event happened.
