Working in teams is a reality for just about everyone in business. It is also a key outcome of this course. Therefore, this assignment provides an opportunity for you to strengthen your skills working in virtual teams. Organizational problems rarely have clear-cut answers. This project also provides an opportunity to learn how to cope with ambiguity, to develop creative solutions to organizational problems.
Assume you are a consulting firm, hired to develop a strategy to improve an organizational-behavior problem faced by an existing company or by a company that is about to launch. The problem may concern one or more pressing issues your team deems to be important to the firm.
