Make sure that your biography addresses in detail not just the significant events in that person’s life, but what made him/her important to U.S. History. Analyze in depth their contributions (positive or negative…) to American politics, economics, social issues (education, social reforms, medicine, sports, etc.), art (music, literature, painting, etc.), science and/or religion, depending on their profession or occupation in life. Also, what are your own conclusions from your research material regarding their affect on the United States?
Do not forget to include a full citation (a bibliography) of all sources used, at the end of your essay

Note: I’ve tried everything and he keeps giving me a flat 80% every time. It’s not about the writing, he cares more about the History. He’s really into us providing so many examples to prove we’re actually into the subject and not just reading summaries. He also likes the why or how rather than just saying what happened. I don’t know if that helped, as long as you write something for everything he said in the top summary, it’s a guaranteed B but I’m lost as to what an A is.
