Methodology to be used is a multiple case study or a comparative analysis of multiple case studies (IBM & Wipro).
The project aims to identify the cause and effect of recruiting people with disabilities by the selected organisation in India. Therefore, the methodology used for this project would apply the corporate social responsibility theories and processes to understand the corporate responsibilities issues faced by the organisations in India in the context of development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies for people with disabilities.
RELATE process given by Money, Hillenbrand, Hunter, & Money (2015) is to be used specifically which shows Corporate Responsibility as a process.
