1. Assignments should be typed and submitted on 8 12 x 11 paper, with 12 point Times New Roman font. Assignments must answer the question being asked so there is no minimum requirement. Students are encouraged to answer completely the question being asked. Format will count towards the grade, so be sure to proof your paper at least once! 2. Plagiarism Under no circumstances may a student use an authors words without proper citation. To do so is considered plagiarism and will result in an automatic failure for the paper being submitted. If you wish to use an exact phrase from the casebook or any outside reference, please use proper citation when doing so. 3. All assignments need to be supported with appropriate guidance where deemed needed. Simply providing an opinion with no support will not receive full credit.
