This Brief should follow the format of the Trial Level Brief that is discussed in your textbook in Chapter 14. You should have an Introduction, Statement of Facts (also known as Summary of the Case), Question Presented, Argument, and Conclusion section. You do not need to include a Case Caption, Certificate of Service, or Summary of the Argument.
Remember, we already have a great structure for the Argument section. We will be using the same structure as we did in the Discussion section of the Memo. The only addition we need to make is the Rule Application paragraph (in red below):
