Jonjo Hamlet is the recipient of bad news when he learns of the sudden death of his father. Hamlets father was the owner of a very successful King of Denmark bedding centre based in Sunderland. In his will, Hamlets father leaves the business to his brother Claudius and his wife Gertrude. Jonjo becomes even more depressed a month later when he learns of Claudius and Gertrudes marriage during last minute holiday in Las Vegas. Jonjo is very angry with Gertrude for marrying so soon after his fathers death.A week later, Jonjo begins seeing visions of his father. The visions occur regularly, late at night. During one of the visions, Jonjo holds conversation with his fathers apparition and as a result, he suspects that his father was poisoned by Claudius. Unable to prove this, Jonjo plans to confront Claudius in the hope that he confesses to his crime. Meanwhile, Jonjos girlfriend, Ophelia is becoming increasingly concerned by his mood swings and erratic behaviour. When she attempts to find out what is wrong with Jonjo, he refuses to speak with her. Ophelia confides in her father, Polonius, who tells her that he will get to the bottom of this. A month later, Claudius is holding a party to celebrate a big business contract with a hotel chain, where they beat out competition from rival company, Nor-Way Bedroom Furnishings. Near the end of the party and after consuming a fair amount of alcohol, Jonjo confronts his step-father Claudius and accuses him of killing his father. Claudius is enraged and storms off. Claudius has a reputation of being ruthless and spiteful and as such, Jojo is now worried that Claudius will be out for retribution.Meanwhile, Polonius is snooping around in Jonjos room to try and discover the reason for his strange moods. On hearing footsteps, he hides behind the shower curtain in the bathroom. The footsteps are those of Jonjo and his mother. The two enter the room and a row ensues with Jonjo expressing his unhappiness of his mothers marriage to Claudius. During the argument, Jonjo hears a noise coming from the bathroom and sees the silhouette of Polonius behind the curtain. Thinking that it is Claudius coming to kill him, Jonjo picks up a knife and stabs Polonius through the curtain. After realising his mistake, Jonjo panics thinking that he has killed Polonius. With the help of Gertrude, Jonjo throws the body into the River Wear. A month later, Ophelia is growing increasingly concerned with the disappearance of her father. As she descends into a depression, she decides she can go on no longer and plans to jump into a lake at the local park. The park is usually patrolled by Horatio, the warden, but he has deserted his post early that day in order to visit the local greyhound track. As Ophelia is about to jump in the lake, she changes her mind. As she turns to leave, she loses her footing and falls in. Ophelia panics and begins shouting for help. During Ophelias predicament, her brother Laertes, sees her fall in from afar, but thinking it is an attention seeking stunt, walks away without helping. Jonjo, passes the scene but does not wish to get involved with the police as he is worried that an investigation would implicate him in regard to Polonius
disappearance. Jonjo decides to walk on. Ophelia is discovered dead the next morning due to drowning in the lake. A couple of days later, at Ophelias wake, Laertes accuses Jonjo of being the cause of Ophelias death. Laertes punches Jonjo in the face, causing him to receive a black eye. Jonjo retaliates by pushing Laertes over and the resultant fall causes him to break his wrist. Cornelius, angry with Jonjos accusations, pours a glass of wine for him and adds a dose of arsenic. Cornelius calls for a toast, but the poisoned wine is picked up by Gertrude, who drinks the entire glass and is rushed to hospital, seriously ill as a result of the poisoning. Polonius body is discovered some six months later. During an autopsy it is determined that the cause of death was due to drowning rather than the initial knife wound.

New Software – HR

Consider the following scenario:

Your organization has just introduced a new software product to the market. The product release was already several months behind schedule, and the organization head authorized the release before customer service and sales personnel were trained and debriefed on the product. The product has had excellent sales; however, customers are calling in to complain about an installation issue that causes their system to crash. Although the creators of the product are aware of the problem, the fix is not widely known within the organization. Customers are upset when they cannot get help or answers, and they are taking out their frustration on the technicians and representatives who are responding to the calls. The technicians and representatives are blaming the situation on the sales staff for putting out a product with such a problem, and the sales staff is blaming administration and production for putting out a product without giving the sales staff training or debugging information. As more of the product is returned and the profit line is taking a hit, all of the departments involved are feeling pressure from the executive team. Your supervisor knows that you have been focusing on conflict management in your course work and has asked you to develop a conflict resolution procedure to address this and similar problems.

Based on the scenario, answer the following questions:

What would be the core elements of a conflict resolution procedure that you would develop?
As a manager, what would concern you most if this situation arose in your area of responsibility?
What do you think about other solutions proposed by the class?
What would you change or improve about some of the other approaches to the situation?

Classmate post:
The album Rubber Soul was the Beatles’ sixth studio album that they released. It was released on December 3, 1965. It took the group just over four weeks to record the album. All the songs that were on Rubber Soul were the bands’ original compositions. The album cover for Rubber Soul was one diagnosed picture of the band members the album title was in a hippie looking font.
The photo of the band members is taken at a low angle that only shows their heads, rather than features their entire bodies. There were two sides of the album both contained seven songs each.
All the songs were ranging in length from the shortest being Norwegian wood to the largest song, you wont see me. In this album, most of the songs lead words were taken by John
Lennon and Paul McCartney shared lead vocals on three songs. George Harrison got the lead vocals on three songs. George got the lead vocals on two of the songs Ringo got this used one song on lead vocals with What goes on. This album included 14 songs, which the music and lyrics keep breaking new grounds Drive My Car McCartney and Lennon took lead vocals on this track. The song was written mainly by Paul McCartney and John Lennon helped out a little.
This song has Harrison as the harmony vocal, has guitar, and rhythm guitar. Lennon on lead
vocal and backing vocal, McCartney on lead vocal, piano, and lead guitar. Ringo Starr took the drums, cowbell, and tambourine. This album was all about exploring new sounds. The song named you wont see me written by Paul McCartney but credited to John Lennon and McCartney. The song Nowhere Man was written by Lennon and credited to Lennon and
McCartney. This was one of the very first Beatles songs to be not related to romance or love.
The consume of drugs were heavily involved during the making of this album. The album had instruments introduce such as this album. The album had instruments introduce such as the Rickenbacker bass, guitar, and harmonium. In my opinion, this album was not one of my
favorites. But, this album did a great job, all the fans listened to it. These albums helped the
Beatles to be more popular and proved that they were famous. It is 2021 and many people still love their records.
