Please write about ” an individual attitude towards children” . I will also attached an example of the Rogerian-Style letter. and please to follow all the instructions stated below, thank you
WRITE a ROGERIAN-style LETTER to ONE of the two groups of people you complained about in the two annoyances writing during the first week of the course. Write directly to one of the annoying groups of people by using second-person point of view [you/you/yours]. (The letter is an argument, but it will take the form of a letter.)
The purpose of your essay letter is to persuade the people that annoy you to change or minimize whatever you have a problem with them doing. Persuade means that you do not call them names (Dear Knuckleheads), nor do you accuse, point fingers, or use language or a tone that alienates them (Even a blind seven-year old can see that… or "My problem with you is that…" or "You do something that really annoys me"). You want your reader(s) to cooperate with you, not be defensive or pissed off at you!
A GUIDE for Rogerian argument is in Ch. 6 on page 196. After you review the Rogerian structure guide, examine the essay that begins at the bottom of the same page, "Why Cell Phones Do Not Belong in the Classroom."
If you are not sure how to begin the letter, use the Classical/Traditional argument guide in Ch. 1 (the four pillars of argumentpages 24-27) as a planning tool and then expand and revise from there to include the additional elements that go with Rogerian.

Length: Five or more paragraphs and at least 600 words (from Dear to the closing). You are welcome to write more in both respects.
Sources: You are required to use and cite 3 – 4 different sources in this assignment. One or two sources can help support your viewpoint, and the other(s) can support the viewpoint of the people youre trying to persuade. To help you locate useful information, review the following document: Finding research material for personal topics.pdfPreview the document
Cite the sources BOTH in the paper where you use the material (in-text citation) and in a Works Cited at the end of the paper. Use MLA format. (Even if you use a citation program, you should check its result for correctness.) Do not use more than four sources for this paper.

Salutation & Closing: Because your letter is still an argument, when it is complete it needs to have an introduction and a conclusion, along with several body paragraphs. Remember that you are directly addressing the group of folks who annoy you, so include a salutationa Dear So-and-So greeting. Do not use To Whom It May Concern or Dear Sir/Madam! Such a greeting is cold and impersonal, and it tells your audience up front that you have no awareness of who they are. Also, do not address your letter to Ms. Ross.
Be creative and tactful. Instead of Dear Liars, try Dear Truth Benders or Dear Fabulists.
Furthermore, end the letter with a closing. The closing can begin a variety of ways: Sincerely, Regards, Yours truly, Affectionately, With love, etc. and ends with your name.

Also, be sure to use second-person point of view (you, your, yours) to speak TO your audience instead of ABOUT them.
One more requirement: Please label the Common ground^ and Compromise* sections of your letter. You can use color highlighting, boldface, underlining, or actual headings for drawing attention to those specific parts of the essay. Whatever you use should overtly identify the common ground and the compromise so that you and I BOTH see that each one is present and easily located in your argument.
^common ground= a specific thing (action, belief, or principle) on which you and your audience completely agree and that serves as the basis for the soon to be presented compromise that you will offer to your audience
In "Letter to Jim," the common ground that Rebekah, the vegetarian, and Jim, the meat-eater, share is that they both dislike factory farming.
*compromise= the "meet me in the middle" offer to your audience that you feel is acceptable to you both in settling the matter under discussion. (In a compromise, neither you nor the other party/ies get 100% of what each of you wants, but you each feel what you are getting is a step or two in the other person's direction.
In "Letter to Jim," the compromise is that Jim will buy his meat from non-factory farm producers. Rebekah does not "win 100%" because Jim continues to eat meat and does not become a vegetarian like she is; Jim does not "win 100%" because if he accepts Rebekah's offer, he now has to pay more money for the meat that he does consume. They both give up something, but their friendship and understanding of each other increases.)

Finally, before submitting your paper for grading, use the rubric as a checklist to catch any glaring omissions or errors in your essay
please read this reply: Please refer to the attached pdf file before you (re)submit the second essay assignment. It includes multiple pages, so don't forget to scroll through all of it to see my comments.
Some of my comments are corrective, some are advisory, and others are reactive and simply reflect what I would say or ask if you and I were engaged in conversation about your letter. Keep all of my comments in mind as you work on the second essay assignment.
