So this is court observation. Youre basically watching the trial and then writing about it. You are to comment and document important procedures like witness testimony, opening statements, evidence presented etc. just make sure to document each trial procedure, theres like 6 or 7 of them. Also write the duration for each procedure for example if the defense started their closing statements at 8 minutes and 10 seconds and spoke for 1 minute and 30 seconds then you would write defense closing statement was 08:10-9:40.
Please do not copy and paste the summary of the case, the last writer did that and thats why I have to do it over now.
And speak about the evidence being presented. Speak about the witness testimonies and what you think about them and the lawyers opening and closing statement. And just write what you think about the case in general but he very detailed, feel free to use quotes from the video. Talk about the legal facts and claims presented.
