This is a 2-part activity.
If you are in the Doctor of Management (DM) Program, please complete Parts 1 and 2.
Part 1:
Write a brief statement indicating your degree program and the research topic you are considering.
Part 2: DM Students
If you are in the DM program, include in your brief statement your intended track for your program. For example, if you are currently in the Doctor of Education with an Educational Leadership track, you can choose a track in Curriculum and Instruction, Education Technology, or Higher Education Administration (Form completed and attached).
