. Describe and map, by using four IDEFO diagrams, the main processes in the pre- construction phase (i.e. all the key processes preceding the construction phase) of the selected project. The four IDEF0 diagrams should consist of a single Level 0 diagram (i.e. Context diagram), a single Level 1 diagram, one Level 2 diagram and one Level 3 diagram. You should also select two processes, from your Level 2 IDEF0 diagram, and describe the flow of activities within these processes by using two UML Activity diagrams.
The RIBA Plan of Work or CIOB Code of Practice for Project Management frameworks must be investigated and used to identify and map the main processes/subprocesses and other relevant information to be included in your own diagrams.
Each diagram should be introduced and discussed in the report by clearly describing the processes/subprocesses depicted in the diagram in the context of the selected project and of the selected project life cycle framework. Process mapping Pre construction stages in Jeddah tower or Burj khalifa or Leadenhall building using IDEFO and UML Activity diagrams
I have already researched a paper available online by Gambo and that was rejected by my tutor.
The diagrams need to be included in light of RIBA plan of work and explained how these RIBA stages of preconstruction were followed in the said project.
