Regarding the topic for the final paper, I am interested in reviewing one of the cases from the Netflix original docuseries “Trial by Media.” The media’s involvement in the judicial system has been on a steady incline since the beginning of the Technological Revolution, and we have now seen prisoners on death row be released due to the outcries of the media and its consumers. I have started to see social media posts spreading awareness about cases of missing people, wrongfully convicted people, and those who have been victims of the racist judiciary system.
