I am working as a Deputy Manager in a Government Bank for more than 3 years. I have been managing a team of people and heading the clearing (Cheques/Pay Order Instruments) department for the last two. I have also had good experience of frontline banking and customer Service and creating awareness among customers regarding various financial schemes, specific to their financial situation. I have been regarded as a very empathetic person who is understanding and accommodating as a manager. I also, personally believe in not just delegating the work, but also guiding and being there for the entire team.
