This needs to be a polished, complete final draft and include the following:
APA style formatted title page (running header is optional, but if you choose to use it, it does need to follow APA style)
Abstract on page 2 — this should be one large paragraph (about 1/2 a page)
Starting on page 3 is the body of your paper (minimum of 8 pages of written content) including the following sections:
Introduction
DSM-5 Criteria
Incidence & Prevalence
Theoretical Perspectives
Treatments
Case Study
Conclusion
Starting on its own new page after the body of the paper — References page:
This must include a total of 10 references minimum
At least 5 of these references must be peer-reviewed journal articles (primary sources)

References (peer-reviewed journal articles, not websites); articles should be from
2000 or later
