The communication through virtual platforms has not been meeting standards and leaving grey area. Due dates and timelines are being set and they are not being met and followed through. Work is misplaced. This is happening because there has not been a set guidlines for meeting procedures due to the fact that these are new and trying times that have never been experienced before. To tackle this issue head on and improve on the level of communication through virtual platforms, we will devise a plan and procedures to best help us communicate virtually.
