CUBAN LAW AND US RELATiONS: I need a 25 page paper focusing on the evolution of the US immigration policy from the Elian Gonzales case the current policy. (Stopping at the Trump administration changes is sufficient as there is not enough information about what will change in the new Biden administration, however it seems like that would be a good way to end the paper by speculation or review of the most current changes and/or what is expected to change). This is an upper level course that is focused on “the law”s o I need to stick to the legal issues.
