Delegate tasks and assign the marketing items to individual group members. Each team member will be responsible for determining when the marketing items need to be organized on the timeline. Use the study materials and your own research to justify in the Notes section when these items need to be addressed with respect to the date of your event.
Collaborate to finalize the planning timeline. The Event Day item has been predetermined and placed on the timeline for the group as an example. After the timeline has been completed, the group will provide a 250-word summary of the rationale for how the group decided to plan and organize the key elements of the marketing timeline. Include a description of which elements are most critical for the event and the rationale for planning your timeline accordingly. There is a place for the rationale to be completed below the timeline on the Excel spreadsheet.
