Synthesize the concept of moral codes considering ones moral obligations.
According to Joseph Badaracco in his book Questions of Character, a leader’s moral code can be judged by three standards: clarity, motive, and dominance. Does a leader clearly grasp his or her moral obligations? What drives a leader to act in a certain way? Ultimately, does a leader’s moral code dominate other considerations? Discuss how you would assess Okonkwo’s moral code based on these criteria.
