This paper needs to be revised a little. I received good feedback and I need to change some things but the previous writer was really bad. This Chapter needs to remove information about hotels and mainly focus on the franchise restaurant industry and C-Level executives. Also, it needs to include the history of restaurants, , minority ownership programs, and define hospitality in a culinary sense. The name needs to be changed to the Decline of African-American Ownership in the Franchise Restaurant Industry. all references to the “Exclusion of African-American Ownership” need to be replaced with “Decline”. Recent articles regarding Mcdonald’s treatment of minority owners definitely need to be included and the reference list updated. All document have been included for reference purposes but the only thing that needs revision is file: Dissertation Chapter 1, and it needs to be in APA 7 format.
