Discuss the difference between Making a Living and Making Money. Why is one more in line with Indigenous values than the other? Using one of the two Case Studies this semester, discuss the challenges that face Indigenous LStudents will write ONE essay and submit through the assignment tab. You MUST submit as either .doc/.docx files. No other file formats accepted. If you submit in an unreadable format the grade will be 0.
Essays must have a thesis statement. “In this paper I will argue…” A thesis statement is the argument you make in your paper and prove with your research and supporting material.
Abuse of length will result in an automatic grade deduction. This does not include the outline.

Grading Rubric: 5 marks for an outline that clearly shows the thesis, argument, and structure, and source material to be used, 5 marks for grammar/citation, 5 marks for thesis, 10 marks for overall construction/argument.

Essays must directly quote either lecture notes, readings or audio or video segments at least 5 times. Please see below for sourcing format for this assignment. Quoting other student’s forum posts is allowed but will not be considered one of your 5 citations. You must quote course material.

Students MUST put their name at the top of the essay. There will be an automatic 1 point deduction for not doing so.
Students must write their essay in 12 point Arial or Times New Roman font and double-space.
Do not submit a bibliography or cover page. Just the essay with your name at the top.

Remember, you must first explain the difference between these two concepts. (You should cite Elder Harry in this question.)

You must give 3 examples of individuals from the course. (Elder Harry cannot be used as one of the three individuals here. You must use others either from readings or presentations.
