Read the article(s) carefully and then analyze your chosen leader, specifically referencing this weeks assigned readings on leadership(I have included the week’s reading assignment as attachments. Questions to consider might include: How would you describe his/her leadership style? Describe the corporate culture of the organization associated with this leader. How are the leaders values, attitudes, and behavior reflected in his/her organizations corporate culture? Is the leadership style effective? Why or why not? How has the leaders style affected stakeholders perception of the companys success and value? Does the leader exhibit signs of emotional intelligence? Is this important? Is strong, iconic leadership necessary to your organizations success, or is your organization not reliant on any one individual at the helm? What qualities might make your leader more effective? Original, thoughtful analysis is expected. Papers should be 800-1200 words in length and typed, double-spaced, in 12-point font.
