For the powerpoint presentation:
you may choose to present only half of the research you conducted in one or two slides.
You need to decide the scope of your presentation. It may be 1-2 particularly important findings that you want to focus on giving enough detail on for a presentation worth 15 minutes.
It may be that you will need to focus on one of the two interrelated questions (or one of two cases) you explore in your paper. If this is the case, you should give your audience a good idea of the scope of your research from the beginning, and state that the presentation you are delivering will be limited to this one dimension/aspect or case of it.
This way, your audience will be able to contextualize what you are presenting without you having to fit a long research paper into a presentation. Of course, it may be possible to lay out your entire argument, if you have it flushed out.
Again: you are supposed to present what you found in your research for your paper in this class. After explaining and situating the issue/problem and its scope (in 1 slide) , devote about 4-5 slides to your main findings. If this is relevant and appropriate for your topic, you can include a slide on what your audience can do to address the issue. In your presentations, you must include your name, contact info, the date (April2021is fine for the purposes of this presentation) and institutional affiliation, if you have any, at the beginning of your presentation in one slide, list your sources, including scholarly works, reports, websites, etc. you consulted at the end of your presentation. this ppt presentation should consist of about 8-10 slides.
