Then write your findings, what you did, how she reacted and how that will help you figure out what you will be doing for the 2nd session.
During the first meeting, informally assess the student using a running record or an informal reading inventory, or a Reading Survey.
You will submit the record of each session with what you planned for the session, a description of the actual session and the childs literacy behaviors, and an assessment of each of the sessions, with a plan for the next session.
There should be a specific plan for each session, detailed information about the session itself and a plan for the next session.
