This assignment provides the opportunity for the student to demonstrate the understanding of pathophysiology concepts at the level of explaining rather than simple recall of information. For each scenario, the student needs to explain the information in the easiest terms possible, as if explaining to a patient and/or family.
The presentation should not be more than 20 minutes. You may use PowerPoint slides as a way to organize your thoughts.
The presentation will be graded based on two parameters:
1. Evidence of critical thinking and understanding of the pathophysiology (5 points)
2. Delivery of information (5 points)
