From the topic itself, I need to draw a Business Plan that comprises of workflows on Knime Analytics which predicts hotel bookings.
I am totally lost and not sure how to do it. But essentially, the BP should be able to capture “investors” to invest in the project or the core business. It should also point what this innovative idea is and why it is a good one. In the end, how will the project be implemented. Also, some points regarding the financial part should be present. As it will be some sort of “pitching session”. How will this project sort of “disrupt” the market and talk about the possible competitive advantages and the possible weaknesses of the project. Possibility of improvement must also be discussed. A note: he does not like difficult jargon/words; just something very concise and clear.
Hope this is clear. I can provide materials we study from the uni (but they are recordings from the professor). Just let me know.
