Individual Book Report: No Greatness Without Goodness by Randy Lewis
Rationale: There are many stories of individuals using their position to advocate to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. The book, No Greatness without Goodness, offers a firsthand account of what it takes to lead with courage to change peoples lives for the better.
As the Senior Vice President of Walgreens, Randy Lewis has created thousands of full-time jobs for people with disabilities. Randys motto is Whats the use of having power if you dont use it to do good. In this book, youll learn how to start working for good no matter where you are or how much power you hold.
At the end of each chapter, the author provides a brief synopsis of the chapter in the form of his lesson learned. Your Book Report is to include five overviews – each based on a chapter ‘lesson’ that resonates with you

Chapter Overviews (x5) are: MINIMUM 1.5 pages MAXIMUM 3 pages
Each chapter should utilize APA formatted headings of the chapter # and title (x5)
Each chapter overview should be connected to at least 1 additional resource
You will need one APA formatted title page for the whole assignment, and one reference page with the book as well as at least 5 total additional resources utilizing APA formatting appropriate for resource type.
