How Did Covid 19 pandemic effect nurses in a hospital setting psychologically, emotionally and physically and what measures can be taken to avoid the mental trauma and burnout?

I am sending the paper that I have written up with the power point. I need the paper put in APA professional format #7. Please add what I need to the paper and to the power point using the instructions I have down below. We can use a small sample size of 10 nurses in a hospital setting and asking 10 questions like. Covid changed the way I practice nursing Strongly agree, agree, neutral disagree strongly disagree. I am now able to go back to my normal nursing practice. I have found coping mechanisms to deal with the stress anxiety of working with covid patients.. I would leave nursing completely if I had to work in the ICU setting again. I suffer from anxiety depression and stress since working through a pandemic. I feel confident that I can go back to my normal practice after working through covid in a hospital setting. How did you cope with the stress during the pandemic? s mentioned this is a made up study so I am trying to convey this was stressful for us as nurses. These are sample made up questions to use in the power point presentation. Please follow the instructions and change my original paper to APA professional format #7. I will have to make the presentation into a pilot study. Please try to add it to the paper I sent you as well as they both go together.Any sources you use must be American withing the last 5 years and be scholarly peer reviewed.(Pilot Study: A small scale version, or trial run, done in preparation for a major study)
INTRODUCTION (20%)
The introduction should identify:
Key topic (s) to be investigated
Statement of Purpose
Independent and dependent variables or use PICOT format
RESEARCH QUESTION(S) AND HYPOTHESIS (15%)
Identify research questions first and number accordingly
State hypothesis below question or use PICOT format
REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE (30%)
Briefly describe current knowledge relating to the proposed study
Use journal articles that are no more than 5 years old
APA professional format
Identify specific theoretical format
Identify need for study
METHODS (20%)
Identify subjects to be utilized (population and sample)
Selection of subjects
Research design
Plan for a collection of data including how to minimize bias by
instituting any controls for the study, procedures to collect data,
operational definitions, definitions of variables, measurement
tools i.e. Questionnaires, surveys etc.
Study procedures i.e. Procedures that will be used to conduct the
study
LIMITATIONS (5%)
Is there anything that could possibly limit your study in any way?
A weakness in collection of data, sample size, or design problem?
Self- report data are usually collected using a formal written document known as an
instrument. The instrument is called a QUESTIONNAIRE when the respondents
complete the instrument themselves and an INTERVIEW SCHEDULE when the
questions are asked orally (face-to-face or on the telephone). The instrument
should be a valid and reliable measure.
Validity: the degree to which an instrument measures what it is intended to
measure.
Reliability: the degree of consistency or dependability with which an instrument
measures an attribute.
Researchers must carefully monitor the wording of each question for clarity, bias,
reading level of respondents, and sensitivity to the respondents psychological state.
Instruments are usually critically reviewed by peers or colleagues and pre-tested
with a small sample. A pre-test is trial run to determine whether the instrument is
useful in generating the desired information.
A SCALE is a device that assigns a numeric score to people along a continuum, like a
scale for measuring weight. The most common scaling technique is the LIKERT
SCALE, which consists of several declarative statements that express a viewpoint or
topic. Respondents are asked to indicate how much they agree or disagree with the
statement.
See the sample questions for measuring attitudes toward condom use:
SA A ? D SD
5 4 3 2 1

1. Using condoms shows you care
about your partner
2. My partner would be angry if 1 2 3 4 5
I talked about using condoms.
In statement #1, there are five responses, a score of 5 would be given to someone
strongly agreeing, a 4 to someone agreeing and so forth.
The second statement is negatively worded and so scoring is reversed..1 is
assigned for strongly agree and so forth. This reversal is necessary so that a high
score consistently reflects positive attitudes toward condom use.
A persons total score is determined by summing item scores. Although you may
develop your own instrument, typically scales used in quantitative studies are scales
developed by other researchers and are used with permission.
