How does learning about the Harlem Renaissance help us to analyze the white supremacist attack mob attack on the Capitol on 1/6/2021?
In order to answer this question, you will need to consider the historical and socio-political circumstances of the Harlem Renaissance. For example, during the time period of the Harlem Renaissance, segregation of Black folks was legal and lynch law ruled the land. The Ku Klux Klan marched openly during that time, and employment opportunities for Black people were limited.
