The major issue you are having is that the intro doesn’t set up a claim or methodology. Your urgency is great, but what does it amount to? This is, as it stands very informational, rather than interpretive, with your analysis (the I in DIE and the A in MEAL) not connecting solidly to the description. HOW MUCH do we consume? HOW/WHY are we encouraged to do so? Go looking for THOSE answers, and this will begin to take shape.
