For this paper, you will interview a current human resource professional about his/her job. The persons job must involve HR activities as their primary responsibilities. The interview must include:

Typical duties of the professional (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and need-based).
What the professional believes are the critical issues that they are currently facing.
What issues they believe will be critical in the field with the next decade.
Please do not forget to include the name, position, organization, and contact information of the interviewee
