Select a disease/illness to which you can apply your theory and explain how the progression of the disease/illness would occur according to your theory.

The CDC’s National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS) has a list of conditions to reference and can be sorts by infectious and non-infectious.

Provide a diagram of the theory using the selected disease/illness. Possible options for this include:
