What is UHD 2.0? A new portal for accessing PeopleSoft
Why was PeopleSoft selected? Because all other UHS components were using PeopleSoft. (It was a board decision to bring us all under the same ERP system.)
What might be a brief overview of some of the information that PeopleSoft provides to UHD? Students data such (registration, payment, academic history ad transcripts, etc.), financial Data, and Human resources, and employees data.
Why was this change implemented? It was a UHS board decision based on an audit finding that UHD should be on the same system as the other UHS universities.
What might be a brief description of what was involved in UHDs Implementation of my UHD 2.0? Programming, testing, data conversion, data validation, documentation and training.
Who was involved in the implementation of the new system? Staff from UHS IT and functional support, UHD IT, UHD Enrollment Management, and consultant
What staff positions are needed to develop and maintain the PeopleSoft? PeopleSoft programmers, PS functional support, department technical support
