Senior Term Paper
Choose one of the primary sources below, then plan and write a 3000 word research paper that demonstrates your ability to find, comprehend critical analysis, and synthesize your own ideas on the assigned topic. Your paper should focus primarily on your primary source (50% or more), and use a minimum of FOUR other sources (FIVE including the primary), and explore several scholars/critics with different beliefs and opinions on the topic. Be sure to use paraphrases and quotations in proper MLA format, as well as a MLA heading and Works Cited page. This paper will count toward 50% of your 4th Quarter grade. Papers not in MLA format will NOT be accepted.
Topic: You may choose as your primary source any of the following texts: Homers The Iliad, Shakespeares Othello, or Dantes Inferno.
