The student will select a current learning theory and prepare a word synthesis/reflection paper. In this paper:
1) Address the current research in that field. Students should read the appropriate peer-reviewed sources to inform them on the theory (you can access this website to review many learning theories -http://www.instructionaldesign.org/theories/index.html).
2) Apply this learning theory to your current or future educational setting as a leader. In this section, students will clearly explain how the learning theory is demonstrated in the educational context in which they work. Provide specific examples of this application
