PLEASE FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THIS ASSIGNMENT AND PLEASE USE CURRENT REFERENCES. THANK YOU.
A literature review forms the foundation for your project. After reviewing the literature, it is important to look at the problem statement, statement of need, research questions, or evaluation questions to see if any changes are required based on the information you have discovered. Now that you have almost finalized the literature review, synthesize relevant articles to revisit your problem statement, statement of need, research question, or evaluation question. What changes or improvements do you need to make?
1. Read “Learn How to Write a Literature Review,” from The Writer’s Handbook of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Writing Center, located on the university’s website.

HERE IS THE TOPIC THAT I PICKED:
PART 1:
The rationale of the Problem: Healthy Lifestyles, Educational Programs, and Dietitian and Nutritionist
Today, childhood obesity and related diseases such as heart diseases and diabetes among adults have become a serious public health issue in the US due to the lack of educational programs targeting to enhance awareness on the appropriate nutritional diet for healthy living. To increase nutrition knowledge is a key target and has massive potential to improve lifestyles and dietary habits. Educational programs on healthy lifestyles and the choice of an appropriate nutritional diet are imperative to reduce incidences of non-communicable and obesity-related diseases throughout an individuals lifespan. A study by Hamulka et al. (2018) assessed the importance of nutritional knowledge, diet quality, attitudes, and behaviors towards nutrition to establish healthy dietary habits among Polish teenagers. The study found out that creating intervention programs such as increased nutrition and diet awareness and physical activities significantly impacted reducing obesity. Schools are primary settings to implement multi-component educational and healthy programs that reduce body mass via lifestyle and dietary changes (Jacob et al., 2021). School-based interventions have improved dietary behaviors, increased consumption of healthy foods, and changes in lifestyle patterns from less sedentary activities to more physically active (Warren & Rose, 2017). Educational and health interventions can equally be practiced in healthcare settings where primary providers foster positive changes in patients and families. Bhuyan et al. (2015) indicate that primary providers can create lifestyle modifications and interventions through physical activities and a healthy diet to positively impact patients and families’ weight and well-being. For example, physicians and dieticians can offer scientific advice to the creation and delivery of family and community-based nutrition interventions to promote normal growth as well as the development of a healthy young population free from diet-related diseases (Marshall et al., 2020). Overall, educational programs on healthy lifestyles are important to shape adequate dietary and lifestyle behaviors.

PART 2:
To develop a better understanding of how people can develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle, how healthcare practitioners can positively impact the positive lifestyle changes that lead to a high-quality life, and the impact of healthcare providers working as a team and closely with patients can positively inspire desired health outcomes, an effective search strategy is required. My search strategy is to locate scholarly sources with relevant information to enhance my understanding of the concepts I am interested in. The strategy involves using keywords to search online databases and retrieve sources with relevant information. While conducting the literature search on internet databases, I will use keywords that make it easier to locate scholarly literature with relevant information.
Some of the databases I will consider while conducting the literature search include PubMed, PubMed Central, Science Direct, Cochrane Library, UpToDate, Excerpta Medica Database, TOXNET, and CINAHL. The online databases provide a wide variety of scholarly research reports and other literature with relevant information (Davis, 2014). To conduct the literature search on the online databases, I will use keywords relevant to the topics of interest to enable the easy and timely location of relevant literature (Lin, & Fagerlin, 2014). Using keywords helps in ensuring that only literature with relevant information is obtained. The use of keywords also helps ensure that the relevant literature is located faster (Maizes, Rakel, & Niemiec, 2009). Also, I will use descriptors and search terms to search online databases for literature with relevant and useful information (Mller-Engelmann et al., 2011). Some of the keywords and search terms that I use during the online literature search include healthy lifestyle intervention, lifestyle, fighting lifestyle diseases, development of care plan, effective communication between patient and healthcare providers, and impact of early diagnosis and prevention of lifestyle diseases (Rikabi et al. 2019).
My search strategy will also include the use of Boolean operators, which involves the use of conjunctions and other relevant words such as “and” “or” and “not” between search keywords. Boolean operators’ use helps make the literature search easier and less time-consuming (Bramer et al., 2018).
