Our marketing plan is on United States Postal Service (USPS)
We are focus on improving their in-store experience. So, our focus is on service. Maybe from when we walk in and walk out experience. We can also focus on the brand itself. EX: where they have succeeded, failed, etc.
I need for my part 2 pages on competition review and 2 pages on SWOT analysis.
If you can stretch both sections that will be great. I think with SWOT analysis you can with diagrams, charts, etc.
APA and double spaced. with in-text citation I think use page # as well. References page at the end.
We were told by teacher to research Service dominant logic ( Lusch and Vargo)
and research the term: Paradigm shift.
