This is the Methods portion of my project. Attached are two papers: the Problem Statement and the Literature Review both graded. The Literature Review addresses the Problem Statement in the beginning of the paper asked as a question. (The Professor has asked to revise the problem statement sentence. Please revise it with the corrections she asked for written in red and include it at the beginning of the Methods paper.) Methods: Based on your problem statement, design your plan for collecting data. Decide what kind of study it will be, what the project looks like at its broadest, and what it seeks to do. With that design in mind, formulate how you will gather and analyze data including your data collection tool or source, how you will distribute your data collection tool if doing a survey, how respondents will return their responses, and intended sample of respondents. I would like to collect data through live interviews with coworkers (I am a Respiratory Therapist) and through distributing a survey. I work at Atlanticare Regional Medial Center Trauma Campus full-time and Acuity Specialty Hospital of New Jersey part-time both hospitals are in Atlantic City, New Jersey therefore I will use both locations to collect data. Please keep in mind that my research is in the state of New Jersey. Please read both papers attached for clarity and so it correlates. This is the grading criteria: Rationale: You convincingly describe the rationale and determine the appropriateness of qualitative or quantitative methods for the research project. Design: You provide comprehensive detail on the methodology design, including what, where, and whether data collection will be primary or secondary research. Analysis: You expertly describe the analysis you intend to apply to your method of data collection. Context: You convey explicit and realistic details about the sample size, selection, survey, and research plan of your proposed methodology. Mechanics: You write in complete, well-constructed sentences with faultless grammar, word choice, is sharp, coherent, and demonstrates sophisticated clarity.
