INSTRUCTIONS ON ESSAY (FOLLOW CAREFULLY):
1. Have a very clear and specific thesis statement. It can’t just be an answer to the question but must also provide a relevant rationale (HIGHLIGHT THE THESIS FOR ME + ADD QUOTES FROM his podcast in the essay)

2. In your thesis paragraph (i.e. your introduction) also include a short statement of how you plan to prove your argument. What points do you plan to make in the body of the essay? (HIGHLIGHT THE SHORT STATEMENT FOR ME)

3. Follow that plan (e.g. three main points) in the order presented and use evidence (i.e. quotes from relevant sources) that back up your argument. Be sure to introduce quotes and analyze them in relation to your argument. (HIGHLIGHT THE THREE POINTS FOR ME)

4. Present your work in discrete paragraphs (i.e. one paragraph per idea or point).

5. Be sure to avoid errors including typos and poor grammar. They take away from your authority as a writer.

6. Use in-text citations and have a bibliography page (APA FORMAT)

7. Provide a conclusion that sums up what you have proven.
