Go to the GCF LearnFree.org website and choose one of the following topics (you only need to cover one of the subtopics in the main topic):
Career Planning
Job Search
Money
Pick one of the topics (Career Planning, Job Search, Money, or Workplace Skills) and create a presentation on the ideas presented in the topic (You only need to choose one subtopic in one of those major categories). You need to use a minimum of 10 slides. Be sure to include enough slides to present your topic in a thorough manner.
You will be graded on the following criteria:
Choose a business PPT template (approx 250 templates to choose from)
5/5/5 rule with readable fonts and color (25 pts)
Audience is business colleagues (25 pts) (You will NOT be presenting this to a live audience. This simply means use vocabulary/theme/images/etc. for hypothetical business colleagues and not children.
Minimum of 10 slides (50 pts)
Appropriate subtle animations and transitions (25 pts)
Appropriate copyright/image declarations for content used (25 pts)
Add content from at least two outside sources (in ADDITION to GCF LearnFree.org) to presentation (apply appropriate citation for sources – add footnotes. Here is a presentation for examples on how to cite sources.) (50 pts)
