Atraumatic, normocephalic, PERRLA, EOMI, conjunctiva and sclera clear; nares patent, nasopharynx clear, good dentition. CTA AP&L. Irregular heart beat with normal rate. No tenderness normoactive bowel sounds x 4; Non contributory. intact without lesions masses or rashes.
