intake and activities. Be sure to:
a. Cite at least 2 nutrition/fitness related scholarly articles to support your
recommendations (being sure to use APA formatting). [DO NOT USE “.COM” websites. etc.]
b. Type your paper using double-spaced, Times New Roman or Arial font, 12-point.
c. Add the title of Dietary Analysis Project, your name, Instructors name, and class
section (ex. NTFS 2530-04F) to a cover sheet.
d. Include a reference page.
5) Your final Dietary Analysis Project must include the following elements, combined in
the order shown below and saved as a .pdf:
a. Grading Rubric
b. Cover sheet
c. 1 – 2 – page summary
d. Reference page
e. Three-day Food Journal
f. Three-day Activities Journal
g. Recommendations Report
6) Submit the .pdf of the combined elements into the Dropbox on Folio.
