This assignment is a paper which will incorporate the HPO Scores Model from chapter 1 of the text and your personal leadership point of view. In this assignment you should identify at least 3 (you can use more) refereed journal articles that focus on your personal leadership point of view. As part of the discussion on leadership you should include the HPO score of one organization for which you have worked and how that score relates to your personal point of view on leadership. It can be the organization that currently employs you or it can be one from another time in your career. You do not have to use the real name if choose not to; feel free to disguise the name if you prefer.
