A reconstruction of the logical positivist theory of meaning, grounded in citations from Bertrand Russells Knowledge by Acquaintance and Knowledge by Description, and/or Wittgensteins Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, and/or Rudolph Carnaps The Elimination of Metaphysics Through Logical Analysis of Language.
An evaluation of whether either, both, or neither of these approaches is warranted or true.
