The course name is: Digital Management and took place at an english speaking german university. So it is about how to manage digitalization from a management perspective. We have quite a lot of freedom on this paper. But I would recommend to define platform business models first, and then identify and analyse maybe 3 challanges (technology, value creation, …) followed by a discussion of the opportunities (maybe a bit general and then for the identified challanges – could use examples for certain industries – was thinking about blockchain and sharing economy).
