2. Project Goal: The project goal must be one sentence which identifies the following:
a. Condition Conditions (if any) under which the performance occurs. What are the important conditions under which the performance is expected to
occur?
b. Who Who is the target learner?
c. Performance Which one action verb from Bloom’s revised taxonomy best defines your expected action for the learner?
d. Criterion Evaluation of action selected for performance. What is acceptable performance? Describe how well the learner must perform in order to be
considered acceptable. For example, As evidenced by Chart audit reveals >90% compliance with policy over next four weeks What is the quality or
level of performance that will be considered acceptable? And what is the expected time frame?
