This paper should reflect your own design. You dont need to summarize unless it helps what you are trying to say. The paper is an analytical treatment of some philosophical issue in law that we will be studying. The paper should state what issue you want to talk about in context to the topic under consideration in a very clear and narrow way so you can say something meaningful that is not overbroad. It should present a detailed analysis of what you want to say on the topic, why you think what you think. Obvious arguments against your position should be dealt with. Again, the topic should be narrow since you dont have much room to write. I recommended writing 6 pages and boiling it down to two.
